Every 4th Thursday, students, parents and community members meet to discuss outreach plans to get the word out about upcoming events and activities.

Join us THIS Thursday, September 24 at
6:00 - 7:30 at
Jobs with Justice
3353 Washington Street, JP
(corner of Washington and Green Streets)

Thursday night's meeting will include an overview of the work being done by the Boston Education Justice Alliance (BEJA). We will give a short presentation on our 2015 Campaign" Uniting to Create the Schools Our Communities Deserve!" and our 3 main goals. This presentation will include frank dialogue about how charter schools affect the public education system.

If you can not make the meeting, BEJA is specifically looking for volunteers to
1. Distribute flyers at your child's bus stop and school
2. Collect signatures for the Raise Up Campaign
3. Attend the Parent2Parent Conference on October 10
4. Testify at the KEEP the Charter Cap hearing on October 13 at the State House.
